  • How far do you provide Emergency Roadside Assistance ?
    At DRVA, we offer our vehicle services to customers within a 30-mile radius of our location. This ensures that we can provide prompt and reliable services to our customers in a timely manner. However, if you are outside of this radius, please contact us to see if we can make arrangements to accommodate your needs. We strive to provide the best possible service to all of our customers, regardless of their location.
  • What type of payments do you accept?
    At DRVA, we offer a variety of payment options for your convenience. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept debit cards, Cashapp, Venmo and cash payments. We kindly DO NOT ACCEPT Checks at this time. For those who prefer to pay online, we have a secure payment portal on our website where you can make payments using your credit card or bank account. We understand that every customer has different preferences, so we strive to make payment as easy and flexible as possible. If you have any further questions about payment options, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • What are your hours for roadside assistance?
    At DRVA, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance. Our dedicated team of professionals is always ready to help you when you need us the most. Whether you have a flat tire, a dead battery, or any other type of vehicle emergency, we're here to provide you with the support you need to get back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. If you have any questions about our roadside assistance services or need immediate assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at any time of day or night. Our team is always standing by to help you whenever you need us.
  • What are your office hours and location for Live Scan Fingerprints and Registration services?
    Our office hours for Live Scan Fingerprints and Registration services are Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm, Saturdays from 10am to 3pm, and Sundays from 10am to 3pm by appointment only. Our office is located at 4830 Mission St, Suite 104 San Francisco, Ca 94112. In addition, we provide mobile services and can come to our customers as well.
  • What is your rolling fee for Live Scan Fingerprinting?
    DRVA Live Scan FingerPrinting has a rolling fee of $40. This fee includes the cost of processing the fingerprints and transmitting them electronically to the appropriate agency. DRVA is certified by the Department of Justice and FBI, ensuring that our fingerprinting services are accurate and reliable. We also offer mobile fingerprinting services for clients who are unable to come to our location. Please contact us for more information about our mobile services and pricing.
