**1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:**

   - Customers are allowed to cancel or reschedule their emergency roadside assistance service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any additional fees.

   - To cancel or reschedule a service, customers are required to contact our customer support team at

**2. Refunds:**

   - Please be aware that DRVA does not provide refunds for canceled services.

   - In cases of cancellation within the 48-hour window, customers may be eligible for a credit or rescheduling, subject to availability.
