Cancellation Policy
At DRVA, we are committed to providing top-notch emergency roadside assistance services to our valued customers. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, we have established the following policy guidelines: 1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Customers are allowed to cancel or reschedule their emergency roadside assistance service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any additional fees. To cancel or reschedule a service, customers are required to contact our customer support team at drva@drvarescue.com. Any cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may result in additional charges. 2. Refunds: Please be aware that DRVA does not provide refunds for canceled services. In cases of cancellation within the 48-hour window, customers may be eligible for a credit or rescheduling, subject to availability.
